Why Most Weight Loss Advice Is Designed to Fail You
...And how understanding your body's true physiology is the only key to lasting success. We're here to replace confusion with science-backed clarity.
My Story. Why I Created This Project
I’m Sasha. After pregnancy, I gained over 20kg, and the advice I got from well-meaning doctors and fitness gurus simply didn't work. Frustrated and tired of the myths, I decided to find the truth myself. I dove deep into PubMed and hundreds of clinical studies to understand how the female body *really* works.
This journey wasn't just about losing weight; it was about reclaiming control by understanding science. The principles I discovered helped me lose those 20kg and formed the foundation of the Smart Lean System™. I’m not a distant doctor; I’m the friend who has done the homework for you.
