If you are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

If you are ordinarily resident in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts located in New York will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under mandatory laws of your country, state, or place of residence.
